It’s interesting Jerry Brown, the Democratic candidate for governor of California, said, “We’ve got to compete with China. And if everybody’s stoned, how the hell are we going to make it?” Chinese farmers grow hemp but free American farmers are prohibited from doing so. That makes it unfair for American farmers who must compete in the free world market. Does Jerry Brown support allowing U.S. farmers to grow hemp the same way the Canadians and Chinese do? Another reason to stop caging responsible adults for using the relatively safe plant cannabis that doesn’t get mentioned is because it is biblically correct since Christ, God Our Father, the Ecologician indicates He created all the seed-bearing plants saying they are all good, on literally the very first page (see Genesis 1:11-12 and 29-30). The only biblical restriction placed on cannabis is that it be accepted with thankfulness (see 1 Timothy 4:1-5). What kind of government cages its own citizens for using what God says is good?
